He has done all kinds of work for me on my classic Cannondale roadie and my Giant NRS mountain bike, plus multiple bikes for my family. Steve is super friendly and easy to talk to, he has very reasonable prices, and he goes above and beyond in the time he takes to do good service work and clearly explain everything to you. There are no nasty surprises with him. He has also given lots of great advice to me on many subjects; he clearly enjoys helping people. Above and beyond. Who needs a fancy bike shop?
