Which payment methods do you accept?
No deposit or pre payment is required for any work. Any custom parts we order for your bike will be billable unless of course we messed up (no one is perfect) and in that case it's not your problem, it's ours. So you can rest assured satisfaction guaranteed.

How long does your repair service take?
Our work is very seasonal. Can get very busy in the spring. Its recommended to make an appointment ahead of time and bring your bike in on a scheduled date. That way it will get it back to you quicker. Otherwise we will give you an estimated time for work completion when we see your bike and agree on the work to be done.

Where do you source replacement parts?
You can bring your own parts if you like, we don't mind. Any parts your bike needs will be purchased new and/or used from either local sources, Amazon or reputable online stores. We do not upcharge 0ur customers for parts we purchase for your bike. What we pay is what you pay.
